Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request for property located at approximately 740 N Main parcel numbers: XA00-0783- & XA00-0782-112 from the CU1 to HC1 zone. The parcels contain approximately 2.11 & .62 acres, and is currently owned by H & K Real Estate Holdings, LLC, represented by Lindsey Wright. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
