Brian reviews details of 3 bids for the project; EverBlade, Eagle Creek, Turf-it. Details of cost differences and slight differences in square foot materials noted in bids. After completion of the project then rebate is verified and provided. Brian will check to make sure a permit is not required. Board agrees using smaller local company and choosing to keep costs minimal. Brian will check with Turf-it company for job legitimacy, Kasidi noted company's online presence. Brian will contact Turf-it contractor to provide warranty information for future reference and needs. Brian will contact minimum of one previous customer of Turf-it. *Action Items: Motion for contract approval Motion: Elizabeth Chesley motions to approve Turf-it contractor for project with caveat that Brian will follow up and ask project owner how warranty will be provided and will contact a previous customer for reference.
