Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes for October 2, 2025 Attachments: 10-2-25 draft Public Forum Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. a maximum time of 15 minutes with a per person limit of 3 minutes. BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for a proposed accessory building for Kelly Staheli located at 719 E Center Street int eh Carters Corner Subdivision plat A Lot 4 Parcel #65.012.0004 Attachments: 25-036 Staheli Acc Bldg Site Plan Discussion and possible action on setting a meeting schedule for calendar year 2026 Move January 1st meeting to January 8th Discussion on a proposed amendment to the subdivision ordinance. Building in an already existing PUE and discussion on what easements should be required going forward. Attachments: Mayor Brown Proposed Edits - Subdivision Ordinance Discussion on updating the General Plan Attachments: 2020-2025 Genola Plan Commission Comments Motion to adjourn The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
