- 2026 Public Notice 2026 Budget Hearing December 11, 2025, 6:00 pm Notice is hereby given that Central Davis Sewer District will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the Tentative 2026 calendar year budget previously approved by the District Board of Trustees. The hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on December 11, 2025, in the District's Office located 2200 South Sunset Drive, Kaysville, Utah 84037. Anyone wishing to attend and offer public comments is invited to do so. Comments may be limited to 3 minutes. Written public comments on the Budget will be accepted up to the time the hearing starts, and a summary of the Budget comments will be read into the record. The office is handicap accessible, and accommodation can be made for anyone who needs it by contacting the District at (801) 451-2190, 24 hours in advance. Copies of the Tentative Budget are available at the Office during business hours or on the District's Website www.cdsewerut.gov
