Salem City, Utah NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Pressurized Irrigation Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its 2023 impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the Pressurized Irrigation. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents. Dated this 2 day of December 2025. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents. Dated this 2 day of December 2025.
