Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to the provisions of Utah Code Title 17B-1-609 annotated the Board of Trusties of Maeser Water Improvement District will conduct a public hearing at 1:00 P.M. December 11th, 2025 at the District office located at 1063n 2500w Vernal Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the adoption of a resolution establishing Fiscal Year 2026 Operating budget of approximately $1,901,450.00 The tentative budget is available for inspection on the districts web site at maeserwater.gov and at the district office from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. Written comments will be accepted up to the start of the public hearing. Maeser Water District office is equipped for persons with disabilities.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Maeser District office spaces are equipped for persons with disabilities. Anyone needing special assistance should contact office staff at 789-2353 prior to the meeting.
