- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah, will hold its monthly open Board of Trustees' meeting and a Public Hearing at the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, pursuant to the District's Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures. Electronic means will be available for the public and other interested persons to participate in the board meeting. Contact the District for electronic access. The board meeting will commence at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The agenda for the Regular Meeting and Public Hearing consists of the following: A. Approval of minutes of November 12th, 2025 B. Manager's Report (for discussion and approval) - Approval of 2026 Trustees' Meeting Schedule - Public Hearing for interested parties regarding 2026 Budget - Board Discussion and Approval of Districts' 2026 Budget C. Manager's Report continued (for discussion only) - Meter installation update. D. Financial - Approval of Expenses:
