- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 10:40 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on Application #Z-2025-070 to amend the Millard County Resource Management Plan to include the topics of water use and preservation. A copy of the application is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, Utah. Anyone having questions may also contact the Millard County Planner Adam Richins at the above address in Delta or by calling 1-435-864-1406. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Written comments may be submitted to the Millard County Planner. Published in the Millard County Chronicle Progress December 3, 2025.
