- PUBLIC NOTICE MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OPENINGS The Board of Millard County Commissioners hereby gives notice that two (2) seats on the Millard County Planning Commission are at the conclusion of term and are open for applications. The Planning Commission oversees land use matters in the unincorporated areas of Millard County, issues permits, and/or makes recommendations to the Board of Millard County Commissioners. The Planning Commission positions are for 3-year terms. The Planning Commission meetings are typically held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Delta. Applicants must have been a resident of Millard County for at least one year.
