ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 1200 SOUTH ROADWAY WIDENING PROJECT
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 1200 South Roadway Widening Project will be received by Tremonton City, at the City Office, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, UT, until 3:00pm local time on December 17th, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of widening and repaving a portion of 1200 S, replacement of a bridge culvert, and some utility work and is generally located between 300 W and Tremont Street. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $1,050,000.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady, steven@jonescivil.com no later than 3:00pm on December 15th.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining the Bidding Documents is non-refundable.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
