NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE TENTATIVE AMENDED BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 AND TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Board of Trustees of the Peaks Public Infrastructure District (the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 11:00 a.m. on December 15, 2025, at the office of 5160 S 1500 W, Riverdale, Utah 84405, and via teleconference. To attend the hearing virtually, please utilize the following information:

The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's 2025 Tentative Amended Budget (the '2025 Amended Budget') and 2026 Tentative Budget (the '2026 Budget') as the Final. The 2025 Amended Budget and 2026 Budgets are available for inspection by the public at the District's principle place of business, 350 E 400 S, Suite, 2301, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the 2025 Amended Budget or 2026 Budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
