Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from November 4, 2025 regular board meeting (enclosure). D. Consider approval of a tentative District board meeting schedule for calendar year 2026 (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure). B. [District No. 2] Review the need to amend the budget for calendar year 2025 and consider related action as necessary. C. Conduct public hearing on the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2026 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure). III. MANAGER MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of CLA Statements of Work for 2026 for management & accounting services (enclosure). B. Discuss new board member training requirements www.training.auditor.utah.gov. IV. OPERATIONAL MATTERS V. LEGAL MATTERS VI. TRUSTEES' MATTERS VII. OTHER BUSINESS VIII.
