- Paragonah Town Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Town Board will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments concerning deleting Title XV Zoning Ordinance 153.088, Maximum Height of Accessory Buildings, as it conflicts with the Title XV Zoning Ordinance 153.238 Height Regulations; and clarifying changes to Title XV Zoning Ordinance 153.090 (A-H) Maximum Height of Fences, Walls, and Hedges. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this hearing. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk at 435-477-8979, at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
