- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF OAK CITY TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a special scheduled Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Discuss Boundaries for Oak City Town's Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Map. D. Miscellaneous. E. Adjournment. ______________________________________ Alyssa Nielson, Town of Oak City Recorder THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL TOWN MEETINGS. All agenda items need to be submitted to Mayor Shim Callister or Town Recorder, Alyssa Nielson, no later than the Saturday before the Town Board Meeting.
