- The Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-15, an Ordinance amending the Richmond City Municipal Code Title 3-000 'Municipal Government', Part 3-700 'Fire Department and Emergency Services', adding in its entirety Part 3-714 'International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (WUIC)'.
