Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2025-22 Amending the Street Impact Fee to account for inflation. 2. ZC25-20 a Zone Change request for parcel H-3-2-3-1221 from Agricultural 1 (RA-1) to Single Family Residential 10 (R1-10). 3. ZC25-22 a Zone Change request for parcel H-4-1-36-2000 from Single Family Residential 8 (R1-8) to Single Family Residential 4 (R1-4) with a development agreement. A copy of the approved ordinances is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy.
