Notice of Public Hearing for Planning Commission
Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following:
1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.18 - Sign Regulations. The amendment would simplify the standards for signage in the Office Warehouse zone, distinguishing it from the Business Park zone, and provide clarifying language around the intent of the code for all illuminated signage. City-Initiated.
2. Three Canyons Community Plan, Master Development Agreement (MDA), and General Plan Amendment (GPA). This is a New Community Plan, MDA, and GPA from Community Commercial, Low Density Residential, Rural Residential, and Natural Open Space to Planned Community. Located at approximately Mountain View Corridor and Grandview Blvd to Stillwater Drive. Brandon Ames of Larry H. Miller Estate as applicant.
3. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.16 - Site and Architectural Design Standards. The proposed amendment would update the existing regulations for non-residential accessory structures. Citywide. City-Initiated.
4. Wander Community Plan Amendment 5 and Village Plan 3 Amendment 3 - Major Amendments. Located at Pioneer Crossing and Riverside Drive. Matt Lancaster as applicant.
