- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-30, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 8 'Health and Safety', Chapter 8.08 'Fire Code', adding in its entirety Section 8.08.070 'International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (WUIC)'.
