Notice of Election 2026 Regular General Election
Offices to be filled
Federal
U.S. House of Representatives. One (1) Representative for a two (2) year term in each of the following U.S. Congressional Districts:
i. Third District, which consists of Beaver, Carbon, Daggett, Duchesne,
Emery, Garfield, Grand, Iron, Kane, Morgan, Piute, San Juan, Summit,
Uintah, Wasatch, Washington, and Wayne Counties as well as portions of Utah and Weber Counties.
State
Utah Senate. One member for a four (4) year term from each of the following state senate districts:
i. District Twenty (20) consists of Daggett, Duchesne, and Uintah
Counties as well as portions of Summit and Wasatch Counties.
State House of Representatives. One member of the Utah House of Representatives for a two (2) year term:
i. District Sixty-eight (68) consists of Daggett and Uintah Counties as well
as portions of Duchesne and Summit Counties
Judicial
Supreme Court. There will be a retention election for two (2) Supreme Court Justices, provided that the incumbent(s) whose term is expiring files during the filing period.
Court of Appeals. There will be a retention election for six (6) Court of Appeals Judges, provided that the incumbent(s) whose term is expiring files during the filing period.
Justice Court. Any Justice Court judge whose term is expiring shall be subject to an unopposed retention election in the county in which the court to which the judge is appointed is located.

County Offices. These positions will be elected for a four (4) year term.

County Offices $50 + 0.00125 x term x annual salary
Justice Court Judge $25.00 for each judicial office
