- NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a CRA Board meeting and Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion and/or action for approval of minutes for the Commission Work Sessions held on November 24, 2025 2. Discussion regarding Congressional District Map Changes 3. Adjourn for CRA Board Work Session 4. CRA Board Work Session a. Nordic Village CRA Participation Agreement b. Adjourn 5. Return to Commission Work Session 6. Discussion regarding Wildland Participation Commitment Statement 7. Discussion regarding Cloverdale 8. Discussion regarding Eden Farms 9. Discussion regarding Excavation Agreement for Promontory Commerce Center PID Wastewater Lift and Line 10. Discussion regarding a Weber County Planning Staff-Driven Western Weber General Plan Amendment to include Water Conservation Elements required by State Law 17-27a-403 11. Discussion regarding Appeal and Variance Hearing Officer 12. Closed session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property 13.
