- NEWTON, UTAH Notice is hereby given that Newton Town Council has changed their December 2025 regular meeting time. The Newton Town Council meeting scheduled for December 4, 2025, start time has been changed from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Newton Town Hall, 51 South Center, Newton, Utah.
