- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on December 9, 2025, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. - To consider amending the General Plan to include a 'Water Usage & Preservation' element. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
