- NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING DATE: December 10, 2025 TIME: 1:00 p.m. PLACE: Rich County Courthouse 20 South Main Randolph, UT 84064 BY: Rich County Commission PURPOSE: To give all interested persons an opportunity to be heard for or against the estimates of revenue and expenditures for the 2026 General Fund Budget. To amend the 2025 General Budget, if needed.
