Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council and the public, that the City Council will hold a public hearing during the regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784, to receive public comment on the authorization of the Emergency Services Sales Tax at a rate of .33%. The imposition of this tax will include the Hildale City area. Councilmembers may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. Members of the public may also watch the City of Hildale through the scheduled Zoom meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTE: PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES REQUIRING REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS SHOULD CONTACT THE CITY RECORDER AT 435.874.2323 AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO MEETING.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Council Members may be attending by telephone.
Other Information: Agenda items and any variables thereto are set for consideration, discussion, approval or other action. The City Council may, by motion, recess into executive session which is not open to the public, to receive legal advice from the City attorney(s).
