Notice of Special Meeting and Public Hearing The Administrative Control Board of Ash Creek Special Service District hereby gives notice of a special meeting and public hearing to be held at 5:00 p.m. on December 9, 2025 at the district office located at 1350 South Sand Hollow Road, Hurricane, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public input in the board's consideration and adoption of: (1) a Resolution approving the 2026 Budget; (2) a Resolution approving an amended 2025 Budget (3) a Resolution approving: (a) Sewer System Master Plan - November 2025, (b) Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan - November 2025, (c) Sewer Impact Fee Analysis - November 2025, and (d) the proposed schedule of impact fees contained in Table 1- Wastewater Production Conversion Schedule. The proposed Resolutions, together with Sewer System Master Plan - November 2025, Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan - November, 2025, Sewer Impact Fee Analysis - November 2025, and the proposed schedule of impact fees contained in Table 1- Wastewater Production Conversion Schedule are available for public inspection at the Washington County Library in Hurricane, Utah, the district office, and the district website. All interested persons are invited to attend. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the district will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling Kavyn Bringhurst, district secretary, at (435)635-2348 at least 48 hours in advance of time of the hearing.
