Convene as the Governing Board of the Park City Fire Service District - Public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution PCFD 2025-30, a Budget Resolution of the Park City Fire Service District 2025 Budget Amendments 2026 Budgets; Pete Emery and Del Barney - Dismiss as the Governing Board of the Park City Fire Service District 3. Convene as the Governing Board of Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District - Truth-inTaxation public hearing regarding Snyderville Basin Recreation District's intent to levy a tax rate which exceeds their Certified Tax Rate in accordance with Utah Code §59-2-919(3)(a). Snyderville Basin Recreation District intends to increase 2026 property taxes by $1,337,367, which is an approximate 15% increase above the certified tax rate. This increase is being proposed for the purposes of staffing, capital and ongoing asset maintenance projects, contracted services, and increases in insurance and operational costs; Brad Rogers and Ben Castro 6. Truth-in-Taxation public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution SBSRD 2025-33, a Budget Resolution of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District Approving a Property Tax Rate Increase in Excess of the 2025 Certified Tax Rate; Brad Rogers and Ben Castro 7. Public hearing and possible adoption of Resolution SBSRD 2025-34, a Budget Resolution of the Snyderville Basin Recreation District 2026 Budgets; Brad Rogers and Ben Castro - Dismiss as the Governing Board of the Snyderville Basin Recreation District Adjourn
