rate which exceeds their Certified Tax Rate in accordance with Utah Code ยง59-2-919(3)(a). Snyderville Basin Recreation District intends to increase 2026 property taxes by $1,337,367,
which is an approximate 15% increase above the certified tax rate. This increase is being proposed for the purposes of staffing, capital and ongoing asset maintenance projects,
