ROY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT NOTICE OF THE FILING OF PETITIONS FOR ALLOTMENT OF WATER AND NOTICE OF HEARING Pursuant to the provisions of 17B-2a-1007, Utah Code Annotated, notice is hereby given that Petitions have been filed with the Board of Trustees of Roy Water Conservancy District for the allotment of water by the following landowners owning land in Weber County, a part of Sections 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, in Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, U.S. Survey. Copies of the Petitions containing the description of each tract and the terms and conditions under which the water is petitioned are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Board of Trustees of Roy Water Conservancy District, 5440 Freeway Park Drive, Riverdale, Utah.
