November 25, 2025, Official General Election Mayoral Recount Results. Candidate for Mayor Total Jan Wilson 92 Shawn Taylor 72 Write-in Doug Clements 93 Total Votes Cast 259 Over Votes 0 Write-in Not Valid 1 Contest Totals 259 All voting was completed by Mail and In-person voting in district 530 for Charleston Town, State of Utah on November 4, 2025. A recount was held on November 25, 2025, at the Wasatch County Courthouse and was certified at the Charleston Town Hall, in Charleston Utah at 6:00 pm. Charleston Town registered voters total 327 Ballots Cast Total 259 Voter Turnout Total 79.20% Town Recorder's Certificate I, Karen Mair, certify that I am the Town Recorder of Charleston Town, Utah and that the information contained within this report entitled Official Certification of the Charleston Town General Election Recount for the Office of Mayor, dated November 25, 2025, is true and accurate; and was approved by the Charleston Town Council acting as the Board of Canvassers.
