Notice is hereby given that the Sanpete County Water Conservancy will be hold a public hearing on the proposed 2026 annual budget and proposed adjustment to the 2025 budget on Tuesday December 09, 2025, at 6:30 PM. Huntington-Cleveland Irrigation Contract- - Review and Discussion 5. Project Updates - Current District Projects - New Applications Received - Our Change Application Status 6. Closed Session Consideration of a motion to enter Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code §52-4-205(1)(c)and (d) for a strategy session regarding pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property where public discussion would disclose the District's negotiation strategy. 10.
