The City Council will consider a request to rezone property located at 1172 Porter Avenue and 1135 Jefferson Avenue from Single Family Residential Zone (R-1-6) to Two-Family Residential Zone/Conditional Overlay (R-2/CO/12th CO) and expand the Conditional Overlay to the three R-2 zoned parcels to the south, located at approximately 1180 Porter Avenue and 584 12th Street.
