NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF 2025 WATER CONSERVATION PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the South Davis Water District Board of Trustees is holding a public hearing to consider adopting the 2025 South Davis Water District 5-Year Water Conservation Plan on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the South Davis Water District office located at 407 West 3100 South, Bountiful, Utah. The Water Conservation Act requires each water public water system with over 500 culinary connections to submit a water conservation plan to the Division of Water Resources and update it every five years. The Division reviews these plans and works with suppliers to improve conservation. These plans contain existing and proposed water conservation measures that outline how the entity and the end culinary water user will conserve water and limit or reduce its per capita consumption so that adequate water supplies are available for future needs.
