- PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING AND FEE INCREASE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Emery Water Conservancy District will hold a Public Hearing at the District Office, located at 20 South 100 East, in Castle Dale, Utah, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the adoption of the 2025 Amended Financial Budget, and the 2026 Financial Budget. The hearing will also include public comment regarding a three percent (3%) increase in Project Water Assessments to address rising operational costs. The proposed budgets will be available for public inspection at the Emery Water Conservancy District Office, 20 South 100 East in Castle Dale, Utah between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
