Description/Agenda: The Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission has determined the county needs to adopt a water use and conservation element to the General Plan per State code. The water element provides guidance on water saving measures across the county. A complete copy of provisions are available for public review at The Bear Lake Regional Commission Office, 69 Paradise Parkway, Garden City or at the Rich Co Clerks Office in Randolph. Public comments may be submitted in writing prior to the hearing via email at: Mitch@BearLakeRegionalCommission.org or via mail to Bear Lake Planning and Zoning PO Box 472, Garden City, UT 84028. Public comment may be limited to 5 minutes. Any group wishing to express the same opinion is requested to provide one representative.
