Public Hearing of the West Valley City Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 4:00 PM, in West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. A premeeting will be held at 3:30 PM. Members of the press and public are invited to attend in person or view this meeting live on Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83896786911. Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at www.wvc-ut.gov/PCAgendas. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 12:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025. Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments. GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION GPZ-6-2025 Petition by Braxton Wehrli requesting a General Plan change from Large Lot Residential (2 to 3 units/acre) to Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) and a zone change from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet). SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS PUD-8-2025 Sam Drown is requesting preliminary approval for the Haven Ridge Townhomes PUD. The proposed development will consist of 24 new townhomes and 1 commercial lot on 3.80 acres. The property is located at 3230 South Lester Street and is zoned RM and C-2.
