NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Enrique Gudino - Purchase of Wellington City Property 4. Ashley Yakovich - Friends of Wellington City Partnership 5. Jenifer Clark - Friends of Wellington Grant Partnership 6. RESOLUTION 2025-05: A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF A MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY, AUTHORIZING OFFICIAL ACTION, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 7. Appointment of Barney Zauss to Represent Wellington City to PRWID 8. Moving of City Hall Offices 9. Councilmember Reports 10. Unfinished Business 11.
