NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2026 BUDGET
In accordance with Utah Code 17B-1-609 the Bear River Water Conservancy District gives notice it will hold a public hearing beginning at 7:00 PM December 10, 2025 at the District Office, 102 West Forest Street in Brigham City, to receive comments regarding the tentative budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, prior to its final adoption. Copies of the tentative budget are on file at the office of the Bear River Water Conservancy and are available for public inspection.
