Approved Minutes of Southwestern Special Service District Meeting held on Thursday September 18, 2025, 7:00 pm at the Winchester Hills Fire Station, Winchester Hills, Ut I. Call to Order A. Invocation: Rich Kelly B. Pledge of Allegiance: Cheryl Christensen C. Attendance: Ferris Emery, Cheryl Christensen, Chief Christensen, Rich Kelly, Kathy Farnsworth, and Don Ruesch excused. II. Public comments No Public in attendance III. Reports A. Fire Chief's report: 2 calls, structure fire in Gunlock our crew responded under mutual aid and was complimented on their knowledge and attitude, back wall hit/damaged they will repair the wall, rock hit in parking lot. B. Approve July 2025 minutes: Cheryl made a motion to approve the July 2025 minutes, Rich 2nd that motion all approved with board members present. IV. Approval of Financial reports A. Rich, financial reports: The official financial reports from Tatum, not ready yet. No motion to approve financial reports B. Bills: No checks, 2 gas bills, 1 electrical bill, life insurance/fire fighters, Ut local government trust insurance payments. Cheryl made a motion to pay bills discussed, Ferris 2nd that motion all approved with board members present. C. Deposits: Impact fees/rent/taxes. V. Business A. Resolution to surrender election: Rich made a motion to approve the resolution to surrender election, Cheryl 2nd that motion all approved with board members present. Don made a motion to adjourn, Cheryl 2nd that motion all approved with board members present Next scheduled meeting November 20, 2025 at 7:00 pm
