HINCKLEY TOWN, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR SANITARY SEWER Hinckley Town (the 'Town'), a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Millard County, intends to contract to prepare impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis for sanitary sewer. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of the District's intent to contract to prepare or amend such impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire District's limits. You are hereby invited to provide information for the District to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis.
