THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON DECEMBER 2, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following:
- A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5000 W 1800 N FROM THE A-5 (AGRICULTURE) ZONE TO AN R-1 (RESIDENTIAL) WITH A PRUD OVERLAY ZONE
(Applicant - The Holland Group)
- A REQUEST TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN ZONING DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 39 S 2000 W FROM THE R-3 (RESIDENTIAL) ZONE TO THE C-C (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) ZONE (Applicant - Donald Mendenhall)
