NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DAVIS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Davis County Commissioners will hold a Commission Meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Suite 303, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 6:00 PM on December 2, 2025.
Commissioners will conduct this meeting in person and online. Meeting proceedings may be viewed online at http://meet.google.com/cjs-mrhb-dvp. Comments regarding agenda items may be directed to the Commissioners in-person or virtually using the link above. Comments may also be emailed to commissioners@daviscountyutah.gov by 5:00 PM the day before the meeting. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Davis County Clerk's Office, at 801-451-3508, prior to the meeting.....

Public Hearing on the Proposed 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets for Davis County, Including the Intent to Increase Property Taxes by No More Than $12,675,000 or 29.97% Above the 2025 Budgeted Revenues. The Increased Tax Revenue Is Necessary Due to Rising Inflation and Increased Demand for Public Services-Including Public Safety, Criminal Prosecution, and Indigent Defense.
