- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-29, an Ordinance amending Chapter 3.20, Municipal Impact Fees by modifying the Wastewater (Sewer) Collection Impact Fee.
