PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to make a recommendation to the County Commission for a request for approval of a development agreement to memorialize development rights, on Tuesday December 9, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.
The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application for a Development Agreement to memorialize development rights on approximately 19.32 acres in the AV-3 Zone, located at approximately 700 S 7900 E, Huntsville, UT, 84317.
In addition to the December 9th hearing, this application will be discussed in a meeting of the Ogden Valley Planning Commission on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 pm. and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. At the discretion of the Planning Commission, public comments may be taken.
The reason for this change is due to insufficient notice for the November 24, 2025 Ogden Valley Planning Commission, and insufficient time to meet all noticing requirements in time for the December 2nd meeting of the Ogden Valley Planning Commission. Public comment for this item will be taken on December 9th and may be taken on December 2nd.
