PUBLIC NOTICE: PROPOSED REAL PROPERTY SALE
In accordance with Sandy City Ordinance 7-1-24, notice is hereby given for the purpose of selling the real property listed below. The public is invited to comment on the proposed dispositions at a meeting in City Council Chambers, Sandy City Hall, 10000 Centennial Parkway, Sandy, Utah, 84070 on December 9, 2025, at 5:15 p.m., or at such time thereafter as proceedings will allow. The December 9, 2025, Sandy City Council meeting will be conducted both virtually, via Zoom Webinar, and in-person. Residents wishing to attend virtually may access the December 9, 2025 meeting agenda at https://sandyutah.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx to obtain the Zoom Webinar link or for more information regarding in-person attendance. The meeting agenda will be published at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the meeting.
