- November 19th, 2025 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Senior Planner 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 Holdaway Fields Development Agreement Amendment NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearing(s) before the Vineyard Planning Commission on December 3rd, 2025, and the City Council on December 10th, 2025, at 6 pm or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. The Holdaway Fields Development Agreement Amendment adjusts the phasing plan and Development Standards within the neighborhood plan. The property owners are proposing amendments to the construction phasing plan, delivery of amenities, and other various changes within the development agreement. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.gov prior to the meeting.
