Description/Agenda: The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2025-27, an Ordinance rezoning Cache County Parcel Number 08-105-0017 from A-3 (Agricultural 3-Acre) to RA-1 (Residential Agricultural 1-Acre). The parcel is located at 468 South 400 West and is 5.0 acres. The request was submitted by Brian Fillmore.
