- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, commencing at 5:30 p.m. (Public Hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m.) The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Commissioner Froerer D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $180,235.52. 2. Request for approval of warrants #106485-106554 and #494025-494130 in the amount of $4,505,378.56. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of the minutes for the November 18, 2025 meeting. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Legal Shield to provide voluntary legal and identity theft services to employees. 7. Request for approval of an amended Subrecipient Agreement by and between Weber County and Little Mountain Service Area. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Vegas Productions Inc., to hold the Jordan World Circus at the Golden Spike Event Center. 9. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Elite Productions to hold the RMPRA Winter Series Rodeo at the Golden Spike Event Center. 10. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Rocky Mountain Barrel Racing to hold the Spring Arena Brawl at the Golden Spike Event Center. 11. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and American Chariot Racing Association to hold the ACR regular season at the Golden Spike Event Center. 12. Request for approval of ratification of a Real Estate Purchase contract by and between Weber County and CJA Lindquist, Inc., for property located at 496 24th Street. 13. Request for approval of ratification of a Real Estate Purchase contract by and between Weber County and Heritage Storage, LLC, for property located at 470 24th Street. G. Public Hearings- begins at 6:00 p.m. 1. Request for a motion to adjourn the public meeting and convene a public hearing. 2. Public hearing to take input on the operating and capital budgets of Weber County for the 2026 calendar year. Presenter: Steffani Ebert 3. Public hearing to take input on compensation increases of executive county officers included in the 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets. Pursuant to UCA ยง17-66-401. Presenter: Steffani Ebert 4.
