NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters:
Rezone: Request by Leisure Villas for a rezone of a property currently zoned A-1 located at 2300 W Antelope Drive on approximately 4.27 acres. The proposed zone designation is LC.
Rezone: Request by Cole West for a rezone of a property currently zoned A-1 located at approximately 963 South 2000 West on approximately 12.83 acres. The proposed zone designation is R-3.
General Plan Map Amendment: A proposal by Cole West for a General Plan Map amendment at approximately 963 South 2000 West involving approximately 12.83 acres, changing the General Plan Map designation from civic to low-density residential.
Plat Amendment: Request by Jordan Brady for a Plat Amendment located at approximately 2052 West 1700 South. The proposed change involves approximately 0.887 acres in the GC zone.
