Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: a. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a municipal utility easement located at the rear of Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 of the Banded Ridge Subdivision.
