I, Ricky Hatch, Weber County Clerk/Auditor, hereby give notice pursuant to Utah Election Code 20A-5-101 for the 2026 Election.
The candidate filing periods are as follows:

Registered Political Party (RPP) candidates January 2, 2026 at 8 a.m. to April 27, 2026 at 5 p.m.
Justices and Judges of a Court July 1, 2026 at 8 a.m. to July 15, 2026 at 5 p.m.
Intent to Gather Signatures - QPP January 2, 2026 at 8 a.m. to January 8, 2026 at 5 p.m. - signatures must be submitted no later than 14 calendar days before the day on which the qualified political party holds its convention to select candidates for the elective office
