NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, to consider the following: - Zone Change from R-1-10 to R-1-8 at 1425 Kingston Drive The proposal may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or online at planningnotices.ogdencity.com. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposal may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
